Ah cool! I'm not the only one that knows this app is slower than the Australian Gubberment. It's deplorable! I've been using it for about 3 years now and it appears to be getting slower and regularly fails completely to load even one camera image. Q. What are you looking at Swann? A. Nothing, the app won't load.

Been using this app for many years. On all various phones and network connections. Must say its one of the most slowest laggiest most frustrating apps ever to be made for a home security system which is suppsoe to allow you too view your cctv cameras from the comfort of being anywhere. Half the time it doest not even load and if it does it takes for ever. You really need to update the app because its been years and years there has been no update

This app is not good. It takes too long to load. Cameras go on and off. Sometimes black screen then you have to close the app and re open. The cameras freeze alot. This app news an update or a new app is needed. Plus when playback the cameras it doesn't always work.

App hasnt been updated 4 years! Think about that before you buy any system from Swann. 4 years!!! Last updated for Android 5, we're currently on Android 9! Crashes constantly, slow. Stay away. Edit** 5 years with no updates. 🤣🤣🤣

Absolutely the worst app. Last update was 2015??!?!? Really?! Takes forever to load any camera. Camera time out everytime. When trying to view footage from a previous date, app says no files when I was able to pull up footage on a previous day. Not pleased at all.
