Since the app has been updated, I feel I should update my review. I've been having a better time reloading my account when needed (assuming you have some kind of decent internet connection). You can sign in with your fingerprint now & it no longer says null so I'm quite happy with that as well. I'm keeping my stars at a minimum until I have better experiences with the app as time goes on. But so far, the things I complained about have been addressed so I give 3.5⭐. Its getting better though!

I believed that everyone the constantly travels around using the toll system should get one. It is so convenient. I even got mine while living in Alabama and now that I live in Florida can see that it worth the money.

**Update** someone finally got rid af the overlay and the app is usable again!!! *old review*> Unusable. I get an overlay of the different parts of the home screen ... hamburger menu, bell to view alerts, etc but I can't get rid of it which means I can't login.

Wouldn't let me log in with CORRECT username/acc number and password in app locked me out had to reset. Same issue. They wont send my extra money after closing account. They even reactivate my account 10 days after closing... Sketchy... 10-21 days to get a response no phone number to call

Can't get past the screen where the fingerprint login prompts. It starts loading and will stay there for several minutes

I frequently believe that I am being miss-charged. If I call to correct the error the staff is not aware of their computer system, or capable of fixing/understanding the issue. They will just yell at you.
