LEŚNE IMAGINARIUM to projekt Fundacji Mi-RO-RO realizowany w ramach IV edycji Akademii Orange, łączący edukację przyrodniczą z artystyczną.

W ramach projektu uczestnicy wezmą udział w grze geocaching, dzięki której będą poznawali przyrodę okolicy i poszukiwali gatunków roślin charakterystycznych dla lokalnego ekosystemu. Podczas warsztatów plastycznych, fotograficznych, literackich, dźwiękowych, wideo i animacji poklatkowej, będą pracować nad artystyczną obróbką wybranych gatunków lokalnej flory. Tym samym stworzą interaktywny przewodnik po lokalnej naturze w formie książki, który będzie zawierał zarówno informacje naukowe, jak i artystyczne wariacje na temat danych obiektów naturalnych. Książka wzbogacona będzie o aplikację opartą o technologię rozszerzonej rzeczywistości.

Ukoronowaniem projektu będzie zorganizowanie „Leśnego Imaginarium” – otwartej wystawy, która będzie zorganizowana w lesie oraz ekspozycji ilustracji książkowych w Urzędzie Gminy Kolbudy. Oprócz zdobywania wiedzy przyrodniczej zadaniem uczestników będzie podejmowanie inicjatyw artystycznych inspirowanych otaczającą ich naturą. Będą do tego wykorzystywać techniki animacji i wideo (techniki zarówno rysunkowe, jak i filmowe) oraz tworzyć instalacje konstrukcyjno-muzyczne.

Projekt jest formą zachęcenia młodych ludzi do konstruktywnego i twórczego spędzania czasu wolnego. Jest propozycją kulturalną i edukacyjną, która wykorzystując naturalne możliwości miejsca, w którym będzie on realizowany, pozwala uczestnikom rozwijać się i nabywać nowych doświadczeń, umiejętności i kompetencji niezbędnych, by czynnie uczestniczyć we współczesnej kulturze i życiu społecznym.
