Using BlueStacks

Welcome to beautiful Sherkin Island, Co. Cork, situated on the Haven Coast on the Wild Atlantic Way. We invite you to wander around our island, with its breath-taking sea views, sandy beaches and leafy laneways. This app will help guide you around this diverse and enchanting island, giving you a flavour of the flora and fauna, the island’s history and what life is like for the community living here today.

The app is based on the Active Islands colour-coded walking routes, which cover most of the island. Where necessary, it is clearly indicated when some features are on private land. This is to help visitors who may be concerned about rights of way.
This app is not intended to be a complete tourist information guide and does not list businesses and events. For this information please see local websites, e.g. www.sherkinisland.ie

When visiting the island please be aware that the roads are narrow and that there is traffic, particularly at ferry times, so if walking in a group try to all keep to one side of the road. Drivers, cyclists and walkers, especially those with children, need to be aware of what could be coming around the next corner.
