I am connected to our Rogers home network. I have logged into the MyRogers site in a browser so I know the username and password are correct. But it still won't connect. Some stupid error about checking your MyRogers account. Bell's TV app was much easier to use. The error says that the MyRogers has to be linked to a valid cable subscription.

Follow up to review. Keep getting error 1502. What does that code mean? Anyplace TV has been great, 5 *, up until lately. In last week or so, (since recapcha? ) streaming crashes frequently, both in app and web. I have, refreshed, emptied cache, rebooted, checked internet, tried both wifi and ethernet. No luck. Any suggestions?8

Aug 27 2020: Now I can't get into the app anymore. I used to get on my Samsung Tab A. Now, it just looped between the logon screen and recaptcha screen, then crashed. There are hundreds of crash reports I sent back to you everytime it crashed. Have you ever looked at any of those??? In the crashed reports, it showed which line number in which of your programs that had the error. Why don't you JUST look at the crashed reports and fix your codes instead of pretending that you don't know anything.

so deleted sentence was left Jan 19 2019 and this is June 4 2020 so the reason the app won't work on my new Google Chrome book, is after update it wasnt compatible with device! Which is ridiculous! My biggest complaint with the app now is CTV crime drama channel is the wrong information every minute of every day for over two years now! SOOO now it's been over 4 yrs! And they just don't care that the info is wrong every single day and when I say every single day! every day! Every hour!

EVERY Time I try, I get the error 1009. I have reinstalled it numerous times. This is a Samsung Tab E I have reinstalled the app. The movies work, CNN works but no other Tv channels work, especially the sports channels.. Need help. If there is nothing less than 1 it will have to do.I spoke to Rogers last night and adjustments were made. This is a new modem (2 weeks) and new tablets, I am 2 feet from the modem and Anyplace TV asks me to get on the net . VERY DISPLEASED enough to cash in my chips

Seems to work except for the fact that not all channels in my tv lineup (my favourites) are displayed (message says no internet). But Anyplace tv only works when you're connected to the internet!!! TV anyplace... not as advertised if it's not duplicating my tv lineup. And sometimes, like today on my PC, all I see is bouncing balls. My internet is ok.
