This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing RVTD on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.

The RVTD app utilizes QRyde technology to facilitate pre-booked transportation services for qualified individuals residing in the Rogue Valley area. This app acts as a bridge between riders and RVTD, enabling them to schedule their rides online.

The app will allow riders to
• View past and future scheduled and canceled trips
• Track their vehicle within 30 minutes of it’s expected arrival time
• Cancel your transportation requests without ever picking up the phone

Through the RVTD app, riders have the flexibility to book single trips or round-trip journeys, whether it be for the following day or for a future date. Riders may share the journey with other passengers.

Often referred to as “paratransit transportation”, the Valley Lift program picks up riders from their pickup location and delivers them to their drop-off destination. Service is provided within three-quarters of a mile from an RVTD fixed route bus line and operates the same hours and days as the fixed route. The cost to ride Valley Lift is $4 per ride.
