Good app, but customer service is ridiculously BAD. they charge you super fast, but haven't answer an email in 2 days. I really need an answer to my question. They don't have a phone number for you to call and maybe, get things answered quicker. I would give you more starts if the customer service answers and works OK, I would have given you zero stars.

Just doesn't work. Search facility shows map without any parking locations for crows nest. I have to use my computer to book parking instead which is a real pain
