I'm extremely disappointed with this mobile app. I've had so much trouble trying to login and book appointments. The login process is confusing and complicated, and the app keeps crashing when I try to use it. I've missed multiple appointments because of this app's unreliability. It's frustrating to spend so much time trying to use a service that is supposed to make my life easier, only to be met with technical difficulties at every turn. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

I get this message every time I try to log in: "error, there is no connection between your device and our servers." It used to work just fine. Now I'm not able to get into the app. It's frustrating. Is there any possible way to fix this confusing error? It's like my device is locked out from operating the app. Please help. Thank you. For now this app deserves one star until the issue is resolved.
