Loved it on my old phone but does absolutely nothing on my new phone even though all settings and permissions are identical.

Works ok but sets my phone's volume to zero after every alert. Update still setting volume to zero. VERY annoying. please fix.

It would get 5 stars except that when i moved to a new city and updated my "home" it still showed me alerts for the old "home". Otherwise i love it. Especially living in a tornado prone area, i can get the info i need regardless of whether the tv or radio is on.
