Received appointment right away. the prescription process was a bit clunky and took several hours to receive. Thought it was a scam, and wasn't sure if prescription would come through but in the end it worked out.

Clunky app. Can't configure it to use Bluetooth when doing a video visit, which pretty much means video is out. The permission requests on Android aren't correct. The whole app is a mess.

Iv tried 3 other virtual care apps and this one was easy to use and worked very well! Tells you how many people are in front of you in line and I was seen in 4min will be using this for urgent care visits when need
