Good experience with reasonable price. Though the price is more than that of other local transportation in Dibrugarh, but its definitely less than that of other companies like this such as Uber or Ola. But the lack of cars is definitely annoying. But I can understand why. This is a startup company after all and you guys probably don't wanna take too many risks. Also please try to spread the word about this, too little people know about this wonderful app.

Good service and excellent driver behaviour. Very good condition of cars. However, more number of cars are required. Sometimes, it shows 'no car available'. Its frustating when we see this. You can increase the number of cars. Anyways, good service.

The main problem I am facing is to exactly specify pickup and drop off locations for which I don't book one. Something must be done in this regard and then it will be very user friendly. Except this, other details are sufficient enough.

very cheap city rides but cars not easily available. if you are lucky then you can show nearby cars otherwise cars not very easily available specially in Dibrugarh Assam. that's why 3 star otherwise 5 star for cheap city rides and best app tracking facility.

The app is fine. It's the drivers who need better training. Basic knowledge of the landmarks and roads of Dibrugarh is required which they seem to be lacking big time.
