There's absolutely no accountability when you book an order especially the lab tests. The amount gets debited, it doesn't show up in order history, the customer support isn't able to track your payment, there's no acknowledgement received. Scam going on in an organized manner. I highly recommend not to use Netmeds. Pathetic service. Wanted to rate 0 but that's not possible.

It saved me a lot of time, and the chat support is excellent. The app's stability and the quick email response regarding my orders are impressive. Plus, they often offer cashback and promo codes that really work, making it always on time with timely deliveries.

Almost fraud. they don't have a working customer service. for return request they keep asking for image of batch no. even when images from all the sides have been shared. running a scam in name of return. if you get a bad product forget about refund. if you receive a good product yay. edit: a got refund after I escalated case. my review still stands

If it would be less than a star, I'd give that. They are running an app but have no idea if the product is out of stock. On app it says it is in stock, they processed the order, payment was debited and then after few hours the order was canceled without any reason. On calling their so calls CS, they informed that product of not in stock.

Good App...but pathetic customer support & you cannot change the number if you have already added one & the old number is not accessible! A complete thumbs down 👎.. better purchase medicine from local medical who by default provides you 15% discount without needing you to purchase for any minimum amount...which in their case is of 1500! Happy to Uninstall this app!

Not able to download bills for lab tests. Reached out multiple times to customer support but still not able to get it. Update : After sharing order ids on mail multiple times , still did not get the bills. Just an automated reply that issue will be addressed in 24hrs everytime.
