This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MoonCast Demo on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

This is a demo version of MoonCast the Vedic Astrology lunar horoscope program. This is NOT a web app and actually does the calculations on your phone. The readings are from tradition sidereal not tropical astrology. The demo displays readings for random dates. The full version provides the reading for the date. Time zones given are for calculating the Moon's position using tables for GMT. Therefore the times east of GMT are marked minus and those west plus. This is the way time zones are always used in astrology and will be opposite the way you will find them online for finding times in another city when GMT is known.
