Downloaded the app in an attempt to start using the service. Got stuck on the phone number entry (while all is correct!). Not clear where to get technical help with it either I have it three stars because I think the idea is great, while the app is probably not so.

The service providers themselves always gave me petfect service and I have no complaints about them. The app however has been very buggy in the past couple of months, to the point where I'm only using the app as a last resort, unlike in the past. The app crashes a lot an has connectivity and strange ui choices. Hopefully these are fixed soon
