Installation Instructions

This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing MESSiah on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. If the APK file does not automatically open with BlueStacks, right-click on it and select 'Open with...', then navigate to BlueStacks. Alternatively, you can drag-and-drop the APK file onto the BlueStacks home screen.
  4. Wait a few seconds for the installation to complete. Once done, the installed app will appear on the BlueStacks home screen. Click its icon to start using the application.

Using LDPlayer

  1. Download and install LDPlayer from https://www.ldplayer.net.
  2. Drag the APK/XAPK file directly into LDPlayer.

Too buggy. crashes every time. crashed on first start. doesnt detect internet. freezes as i tap on ANC. :') The app has proved to ve useless till now. hence Ill be uninstalling. good luck tho.

Great idea, would love to use the app but i can't. It's returning errors on Google Pay and BHIM is too glitchy in itself to work

A very bad user interface and very difficult to use. Things are thrown all over the place and it's vert confusing.

It is a wonder, therefore, that the Night Canteen System has remained virtually unchanged in the face an exploding student population. With increased demand, the time has come ignite a revolution, and usher in a new era of tech aided management.

Presenting, the spark that everyone has been waiting for, "MESSiah"!

Beat that exasperating joke of a queue and save the endless time you spend waiting for it to be cooked, by ordering through MESSiah. In just a few simple taps place your order from anywhere! Be it from your room, the B-Dome, or even from a toilet! Choose what your taste buds desire and pay remotely, via the UPI application of your choice. Check the status of your order and you'll also receive a notification once it's ready!

"And how do I collect my order", you ask? Simply present the receipt of your order, stored on the app to the guy at the table and voila! Happy eating!

Directions to use the application:
1)Select your preferred mess(Menu loads only between 11pm to 2am)
2)Scroll through the menu for the food item you want to order/search for it from the search bar above.(If an item is not there means it is not available right now at the mess).
3)Enter the quantity and click on done.
4)Select proceed and review your order.
5)Enter your name.
6)Click on proceed to checkout and select your mode of payment.
7)After payment is successful you will see a receipt of your order with your order id on it.
8)Go back to the menu page and you can now see your current orders under view current order section.
9)You will receive a notification once your order has been completed.(Status will show completed in the orders section)
10)Go to the mess and receive your order by presenting the receipt in view current order section.
11)ENJOY YOUR MEAL!!!!!

Disclaimer- This does not include room delivery (yet?). For now we have started only with ANC. CNC and DNC will be added over the course of time.
