I have close to 20 accounts connected so far. If your dvr ports are not set correctly by your installer, you will not like this app. Most problems encountered are due to improper setup of dvr ports and lack of experience with this app. If you have issues try the non hd version, nvms7000

My company have installed this app on couple hundred different devices of our customers. Never a single issue. All these negative reviews are from people who either don't know how to set it up or have so much junk running on their devices that there is no room for app to run.

Just installed a new 2016 LTS system, the system is awesome;however I can't connect to cameras remotely. It worked for one day and that's it. The installation people tried everything, and they have no idea why it keeps crashing. The network settings are all good, but the app keeps showing errors. Terrible! I will make sure to let my friends know to stay away from the system and the app!

NVMS7000 crashes immediately upon opening on a Nexus 6P running Android 7 Nougat. This version works okay, but since this is designed for tablet, it only works fine, only in portrait mode.

No problem at any time. I used for me and my customers more that 2 years ready. Work with LTS TVI-DVR and NVR

No longer works with Oreo. Does not play video. Can completely crash/hang Android. Non-HD version still works, but does not work well on tablets.

NVMS7000 HD mobile client software, which is designed for Android Tablet on the basis of Android OS (Version 3.0 or higher), can be used to remotely monitor the live video from embedded DVR, NVR, network camera, network speed dome and DVS via wireless network, play back record files and realize PTZ control as well.
With this software installed in your Android Tablet, you are able to log on to the front-end device via Wi-Fi or 3G. It’ s
accessible either by ip or by domain name.
