stupid idiots make you update the app in order to submit a service request. Unfortunately you write the whole service request and when you click submit then the app warns you to update. Of course when you update everything gets wiped away. You can copy the description to the clipboard but you still have to enter all the other fields manually. It's like this is the first time these people wrote an app

6 months later and the damn update apoears AFTER you input your request!!!!! How lane can the programmers be?! Fix this app so that a required update shows up first b4 letting a citizen punch in all the required questions for a service request. Stupid illogical programming is irritating. Wake up app management. Allow the software to at least store the info one just inputted if the thing requires an update!

When I downloaded a photo from my phone it erased all the photos on my phone! Also doesn't prompt for update until after you make a request. Then you have to make the request all over again.
