Was one of the best services in our town but now it has degraded much. Can't even open the app even after clearing catche and always shows 'failed to connect'. It has really become a way horrible app. So let's uninstall it.

wrost experience. don't book any order from here. they will not deliver your item. they take order and confirmed your booking by phone call. they show your order will be delivered in max 50 minutes. but after 90 minutes they cancelled the order because of the item is not available. so pathetic situation and careless customer service. don't buy anything from here. you are only loss your time to book your order here

This has become ridiculous nowadays... It opens smoothly for like once in a blue moon. Always asks to wait nd thn says failed to connect. What the hell!!! I used to like this before a lot... Please fix the issues...

I am not giving 2more star because, the restaurant Abhiruchi one of the 3rd class resturent from Krishnagar & I have a bad experience to ordered from Abhiruchi Restaurant. I personally suggest to Kushin managing team to remove the mentioned restaurant from your 3star resturant list. This is not deserving & I am really upset that after testing the rotten food & typically bad tested food from Abhiruch Restaurant. Otherwise the application is good.

Actually this app doesn't deserve any star, as a former employee of swiggy personally I call customers if any having any issues, but kushiin called after one and a half hour. Although if service is good then app UI doesn't matter but the app UI and service both are worsted, you should shut down ur app and service

Best Food odering app I have ever used but it would be more better if there was no 100 rs food ordering limitation. otherwise its a great app.Food and groceries ordered are always delivered on time and there qualities are good too.😊😊
