The app it self is great and is very helpful. But... The app user interface needs a lot! Of work . The app doest have very polished look to it and could be better . The app is not very user freindly . The could possible different voices saying the numbers, directions, ect . When you open the app up you see a black screen and three pink buttons the home screen needs A LOT of work But it is a v1 and I hope this gets fixed but overall this a great app which extremely helpful no other app like it.

Really good for individual reflex, quick thinking & decision making training for any martial art. Also good for group classes as the coach can do other staff like giving feedback etc while the app is calling out the commands

It was good to find a timer with out ads works really well on my own sessions aswell as when I coach
