Does what is says. I don't like stevia's aftertaste so used this app to convert from stevia blend to monkfruit for my recipes. It worked great for me. I didn't think I would use the favorites, but I do. Thank you for this!

About this app

Keto, Paleo, Atkins, South Beach and other low carb dieters know how difficult it can be to swap out sugar with sugar substitutes. This is can be complicated because some sweeteners don't have direct 1 to 1 conversions with sugar. The Low Carb Sweetener Converter helps you convert between some of the most popular low carb sweeteners regardless of conversion rates.

Diabetics can easily manage their blood sugar levels by choosing sweetener alternatives with lower net carbs. The Low Carb Sweetener Conversion Calculator helps decide which sweetener to use.

For example, if your recipe calls for a cup of sugar but you want to use the low carb friendly erythritol, how much do you use? Since erythritol is not as sweet as table sugar you need to add more than 1 cup. But how much do you use? And what if you only need a tablespoon? What is the proper conversion amount? Just select your sweetener and enter the original recipe amount and your are good to go!

Very simple to use:
1) Just select the sweeteners you want to convert by tapping on it's image and select one from the list
2) Tap on the conversion unit type (cups, tablespoons, etc)
3) Enter how much the recipe calls for
4) Tap the Convert button!

Features:
* Converts between a variety of sweeteners
* Converts between different measurements
* Calculates conversions based on volume or weight
* Shows nutrition information for each sweetener
* Shows nutrition information for the resulting conversion amount
* Provides details of each sweeter including links to information sources
* Accommodates complex, non-linear conversions
