Been trying for 2 days. App does not work. Cannot get past the 2nd screen. Trying to schedule a move but can't get anyone to respond.

This app works great sometimes. It had lots of problems loading my move but once paperwork was signed it was fine. Got stuck after sending in last payment so then it wouldn't pull up my move anymore after that. Was disappointed I couldn't track the truck like I thought I could.
