It isn't an app. They're just low quality wallpapers with terrible resolution. Update: it turns out the wallpapers aren't even his. He made a disclaimer saying he stole these from their respective owners. This is literally a rip off of another app, designed to make him money using ads as his trap. I wish there was a way to report this dev
