The research came from four chapters. The first chapter dealt with the concept of advertising, its definition,
history, types, objectives and various propaganda methods. Also dealt with the concept of advertising and
its function and persuasion in the Declaration as well as the pros and cons, the means and objectives of
advertising campaigns, marketing and political marketing and its relation to advertising and advertising.
The research presented a historical account of the evolution of electoral propaganda through the ages before
the twentieth century. The first dealt with voting in Greek times and the Vatican through the history and
development of Western electoral propaganda with examples of British and American elections.
The second chapter dealt with examples of electoral propaganda in the 20th and 21st centuries. With
examples in the United States, Germany and France. In Egypt, electoral propaganda appeared only in some
legislative and presidential elections since 2005 with Egypt’s first presidential elections, followed by elections
in 2012 and 2014.
The third chapter dealt with the digital aesthetic values and reviewed the different techniques used in
digital electoral campaigns such as graphical information plans, rapid response code and enhanced reality.
The researcher explained examples of these techniques and aesthetic values of different technologies and their
applications in various fields.
Chapter Four dealt with the experiment of the researcher to reuse the technical material of the electoral
propaganda of the candidate Amr Moussa with the introduction and employment of digital techniques and
show the value added aesthetic beside the functional value.
