Nice theory, poor execution. Validation text never received despite the user message, arrived in email instead which is no good if you don't access your email from your phone. Supposedly cars available nearby but all gone by the time we got to the pickup points. Total waste of time and energy

Poor service. My car was with one tyre with really low pressure. I called to check what to do and we agreed that I could take another car next to this (same model). I ended up paying for both cars and they do not want to refund me the second car because "I was told to call before booking the second one and now they can't do anything". When I ask for the recording of the call to check this they say that was not recorded and they need 1 month to be delivered, big joke.

A bit glitchy

Poorly implemented technology and user experience. Won't let me book car and the error messaging is not rendering properly. Going to use Yuko instead. Try do better with this.
