Issues with Update 4.4. Finishes update, asks to reconnect and when you do prompts you to do update 4.4 and you go round in circles. Choosing to do the update later means the bike never connects to the app. Giant, please sort this out. It is extremely frustrating buying a bike worth thousands of dollars from one of the biggest bike brands only to have issues with the app every time I try to use it. Feb 2025 update - nothing has changed, I will never be buying another Giant ebike again.

The app will not launch without an Internet connection. I had the app paired and connected to my bike before I left for a ride. Got to the trail, didn't have cell phone service, and was unable to launch the app to connect to the bike. Totally unable to read out bike diagnostics or tune the sync drive motor offline. Please fix! Tip: I downgraded to v1.22.0.11, this version works offline, but you'll have to make a separate account for it.

There should be option to derestrict this stupid 25 km/h like in other manufacturers' bikes or builtd bicycles versions with 45 km/h. After all it's the user to blame and to pay fines not manufacturer !!
