The good news: this app actually works. The bad news: there is no documentation anywhere that comes close to describing how to use it. Don't waste your time researching it. Anything you find online will be pure fiction. Just call your generator company and they will explain it. I use GENERAC. The customer service rep told me they get many, many calls about this app and they can easily provide help. I gave it one star because of lack of meaningful instructions.

The app does not work. It refuses my router's password which i know is accurate despite the signal strength is very good. I never have been able to connect.

The app is missing crucial steps. Generac has a great video so the app should link to the video 1st thing so user knows what to do.

This app is useless. The mobile link wifi remote monitoring user manual and consumer quick start guide don't match the app. I never see the mobile link network when standing next to the generator and when I try to connect to my router the app keeps saying my password is incorrect. I know the router ssid is correct and I'm putting in the right password. I hate this app. It is totally useless.

Still sucks, waste of time. I have tried several times screen on the Generac reads "wait". The generator sets less than 60ft from my router. I didn't buy Generac for the app but it would be nice if it actually worked, the app that is.
