This app just doesn't work at all. Don't try and book anything , my friend and myself tried to book two bikes, scanned the code and paid the amount and the the vehicles did not work at all. We phoned through and were told that they would only be unlocked either tomorrow or within a weeks time. The customer support people are terrible and do not help at all. The app does not provide the service that they promise to provide.

Honestly I'm very disappointed with this app. I downloaded it a few days ago but I've never been able to use it. It just loads and loads for eternity but never opens and its not just me, my girlfriend and cousin were with me and were also attempting to use it but experienced the same things. This things is really useless guys don't waste your time!

I can't end my ride!!! Been trying for 5 minutes!!! Rebooted the phone and the app. Where is customer service number???

Wouldn't end my ride. Still 4 hrs and counting. This app just doesn't work properly. Nice idea for Sea Point, poor execution. Pity.

Literally a scam. Me and my girlfriend both paid R150 for credit on the app. The bikes did NOT work, so we call the branch and they said it won't be working for another week or so. So we ask "So you just took our money without giving anything back?" To which the men at the branch reply yes. We spent more money Ubering to the place to chat and try get a refund, but were told that the only person that could is the owner. Who wasn't in store on the day. So I get his number and call him 4 times; he doesnt pick up. I whatsapp him and he reads it after a few days, but does not respond. So I send him another message - however, he does not reply to that either. Simply reads and ignores. Pathetic and a scam. Should be removed from the app store and I, as well as my girlfriend would appreciate a bit of common decency and a refund on the combined R300 we spent (not including the 3 Uber rides.) Edit after reply: I sent an email immediately after getting the response. Still haven't heard anything back. Also, it should be noted publicly that the owner of this establishment has continued to flat out ignore my WhatsApps. Good day.

Giant scam, don't use this service unless you're keen on wasting over R150pp. Does not work as advertised, customer service is horrendous, and all in all just a terrible and waste of money experience. My boyfriend and I wanted to bike around the coast of Cape Town, so we loaded the wallet in the app, each with R150. When we got there, we unlocked the bikes, and noticed that they were not working electronically, which is the entire premise of this business. We called the closest franchise and the staff had absolutely no idea what to do, they just say that they don't know why they aren't working and that new e-bikes would only be rolled out the next week. We asked for a refund, to no avail and even ubered to the store to talk to someone. Tried to call the owner of the business, he didn't answer his phone after multiple attempts to call, and did not respond to any messages we sent. Extremely unprofessional. Heads up, everyone with a new business, don't release a website and app advertising things that aren't going to work after customers have made payment, then refuse to refund them. 10/10 would not recommend.
