Worst app ever seen. User may want to use this app when there is utmost need. But it fails the user 😠

Have been trying to check the balance on card but havent even been able to. Tried everything possible like applying as guest, resetting password. Tried checking online, read the brochure that came with the card but couldn't find the "My Account" option anywhere....
