Literally can't log on, changed pass word and everything, it still won't work

I don't know which update stuffed up the functions of this app. Now it's saying there are NO doctors at ANY time, at ANY location. Even when I type up the name of the medical centre, it says there are no online appointments. I've contacted the app developers and their response doesn't even answer any of my issues. It used to be a good app. Now it's just worthless. It doesn't when deserve one star.

My biggest problem with this app is the "Remember Me" option, it doesn't work at all. I am now getting "This is an older version of this app, it may not work with this version of Android (9).. This app was last updated 2017.

Can't log on. Most glitchy online booking app.

Does not show all aviable doctors, does not save location, it's less useful than a website. There is no save my doctor or favorite practice, simple things like this would at least be worth using the app, otherwise don't bother.

Couldn't find a way to book a new appointment with an existing practitioner except for the banner on the search screen which was for the wrong service. Seatching by person or organisation name failed. Useless app if it can't get basic features right
