Every time I do anything in this app it says camcorder disconnected. It's a nightmare just trying to save a file or deleting. I'm starting to wish I hadn't purchased the camera. I'm very tech say and this is ridiculous. Just great 45 mind on hold with support after tell the lady my issue she transfers me to tech support where I get a voice mail. How much do you want to bet no one calls me back.

It used to work fine but now it never connects with my phone. It finds the camcorder but doesn't let's me in to do anything. Plz update app cause I didn't pay good money for features I can't use. Bad reviews leads to bad business.

Won't stay connected to camera no matter how many times I try to reset. This is a terrible app and or camera. Loyal Cobra CB owner for years. Won't by anything else sold with this name again. So disappointed. I bought the expensive one too.

When disconnected viewing any video remotely the cams wifi disconnects and locks up the connection. The cam itself works without a hitch. Try to reconnect you get failed to obtain ip adress

If cobra would have responded adequately to the complaints listed here, they may have a good product. But by ignoring their consumers, they continue to have a POS APP!! Will not stay connected. I ended up returning my product. Thx Cobra, for the wonderful customer support 😝😠😠😠

Can only connect phone (Samsung Galaxy S5) & cam sometimes. Most of the time it doesn't work. I specifically chose this cam because of the app. Please fix this issue. Would be great & get 5 stars if this was fixed.
