The ride-sharing platform in Bangladesh is the most anticipated endeavors on the face of Earth. It was a wildfire that swept of hustle, struggle and conventional hailing systems. Not only youth, commuters of all ages were glued to this revolutionary app based transport systems. Let alone commuters, the app actively generated a swarm of freelancers on this industry.
But the happiness didn’t last long, slowly the industry overflowed with riders and fewer customers day by day, plagued the system.
Our Story begins by solving the core of the major problems and providing a service which suits both the parties for an healthy and prosperous industry, yet to explored.

1.Promo Code Removal
Asking for promo code to avail rides was an epidemic. Even after the code was activated percentage and upto _ taka, was something no less than a joke on the face of respected consumers.
we completely removed the promo code discounts rather added a button simply on the rate panel to avail the promo whenever we launch them. No more Promo code posts on social media :D.

2. Fraudulent fare display
Pre- ride fare and post ride fare had a unimaginable margin gap between them. UZO guarantees fair ride policy and the algorithm for the displayed fare is so clear, the fare will match everytime you ride with us, Period.

3. Hailing Of riders
Few corrupted riders call the consumer by the app and then take them to there destination outside the app -_-. This act was not only unethical but unfair and risky. UZO introduces QR code system so that even if they hail they can take the consumer through app ensuring safety and ease of travel.
You have a rider in-front of you but calling him through app was impossible as app chooses the rider randomly, not anymore QR CODE systems allow UZO riders to take rides whenever they want whoever they want.

4. 18% commission up to 99TK for Bikes & 199TK for Cars.
we feel proud to be able to give this offer to our deserving riders. They are the one who works the most. We believe if they are happy, they will stay loyal to the company and provide world class service to our consumers. Happiness of the customer and rider is all we want to earn.

5. Privilege Cards for our Consumers
We will provide Privilege Cards to our consumers through which they will be able to avail not only on demand discounts on UZO riders but get royalty and privileges at our partner 100+ restaurants, hotels, spa, super-shops etc. Consumer satisfaction is a must for us.
