Fixes and work arounds to make the app more useable... 1) to get the app to open every time... delete it from your phone and re-down load it every time (hasn't failed yet). 2) To locate panels, shows, times and other such locations... arrive at the Con, go to any of the Info/ADA booths, and grab the paper book. 3) To keep your schedule and times... use a note pad and pen. this app is beyond useless. and it's gotten worse than prior years.

Map needs HUGE improvement. Escalators/stairs missing; no indicator of upstairs/downstairs; every term used in a panel listing must be listed on the map in EXACT SAME WORDS! It took three staff members (two purple shirts and one red shirt) and thirty five minutes to find "AUTHOR BOOTH: Tattered Cover A." NONE of those terms are anywhere on the map. Also NEEDS offline functionality. Cell service at the con SUCKS. Download the schedule ONCE, then check for updates IF Internet is available.

Terrible app again! Why do i need to be constsntly connected to data for this app to function? it should just download the schedule and maps. instead the app constantly loads and downloads and freezes and take way too long to register to button press. its not worth downloading, just use the paper programs.

Can't exit app with back button, and I keep getting stuck in a Download Error loop. How is there STILL NO OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY?! You'd think after 3 years of basically the same app they would fix some of the recurring issues... Stick with a paper schedule.

Awful. I installed last night, filled out my schedule. This morning the app crashed 3 times when I started it and won't do anything without downloading data again. I hope there's a paper progrem.

horrible. map too small/fuzzy to read, requires network access in a space where 50,000 people are competing for bandwidth, none of the links to the map work. yhank goodness they still hand out paper vrochures at the show.
