The name Crochet derived from French term "crochet' which means a small hook. This small hook made of some strong material such as metal, plastic, or wood; and manufactured so can be commercially used in artisan workshops.

The only goal in crochet is achieving enthusiast to complete the crochet pattern and creating something useful artistic and beneficial in value or price. Some popular crochet stitches such as afghans, crochet baby blanket, baby shoes, scarves, crochet hats, shawls, purses, bags, etc. But it is possible to create something in the other pattern depend on the crafter creativity. You can also make a earring, socks, and also curtain. The other popular patter is doilies. It is a pattern which make enable to put them together to make a blanket or a pillow. It makes a wonderful rounded ripple and finally makes a sunning afgans when combined them into a pieces.

As stated above the main object you need in the crochet project is a crochet hook and a ball of thread or yarn in so many color depend on what you want to make.
