This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Controlled Capture Lite on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

Doesn't actually take high FPS (slow mo) video. Just takes a video and reprocesses it to stretch it. Waste of data. Stock Camera app does true high FPS capture but no good for customizing.

I keep seeing the developers reply to EVERY SINGLE negative comment with the same few generic replies, rhe one that gets me is the user saying it dosent work with a reply stating that they NOTE... That it does not work on all devices. Thats your reply for practically every comment? Apparently, regardless of what they say... A LOT of people say it sucks... It must suck. And the positive comments are short and sweet. I wonder whom on your staff made those comments...

It records 30fps video of 5 seconds and stretches it to 32 seconds. I don't know if this issue is in my phone only. I cannot focus on anything manually. My Redmi Note 3's stock slow motion camera is far better than this app.

OMG. Finally an app that RECS IN SLOW MOTION! its really true, if i record with 30fps the video is shot by 30 fps, if i record 120 fps, the video is 480p, its really automatic. Thanks and congrats for this awesome app!!

Does what it says on the tin. I was looking for an app that actually takes slow motion video. This one does!

The slow motion video is really low quality. Like VGA or worse and grainy.

About this app

With Controlled Capture, you can capture and slow down nature provided things like a hummingbird flying or capture sports oriented movements like a golf or tennis swing. You can also capture long term events like an evening sunset or the beauty of a flower opening.

Controlled Capture is very useful for golf swing, batting, or tennis serve capture. For example, to capture your golf swing: mount your device to a tripod or golf bag mounted camera holder, situate your mounted camera behind or beside you, start the Controlled Capture application in video capture mode, point or move the camera so that it captures all of you during your swing, set yourself up for the shot

After your swing video is recorded, you can go back to your device to by clicking the Media Player icon in the viewer for review of the video. In the Player, you Delete and Share this newest video. You can also record your swing with Controlled Capture's Slo-Mo movie recorder. Here instead of pressing the Shutter button, press the Snail button instead to record your swing. Controlled Capture will record your swing and then convert the new video into slow motion, allowing you to see details of your swing not seen at regular video speeds.

Though we test our software thoroughly we know bugs can slip through. If you find a bug, please email us a detailed list of actions that you performed in the application to receive the error. This will allow us to replicate your bug in-house so that we can fix it quickly and provide you an update.
