Приложение позволяет управлять всеми функциями прибора по протоколу Bluetooth, а также помогает визуализировать процесс мышечного напряжения и контролировать нагрузку.
Общим принципом действия аппаратов, служащих для укрепления малого таза является массаж интимных мышц изнутри. Такой массаж может выполняться механическим воздействием или токами различных характеристик.
В основу действия данного прибора положены упражнения, разработанные проф. Арнольдом Кегелем еще в 40-х годах ХХ века для укрепления тазового дна в послеродовом периоде. Процедура не доставляет дискомфорта и не занимает много времени. 20 минут один-два раза в день вполне достаточно для возврата тонуса мышцам тазового дна.
