CheckOnMe Plus does not just Check On You, it performs your instructions, it sends messages & emails when you do not respond to notifications.

CheckOnMe Plus provides the Subscriber the ability to schedule self notification or check-on at a specific time, hourly, daily and weekly intervals. There is no need to bother anyone by continuously informing them that you are OK. Only in the event you do not respond to the notification within a grace period, then the service will send your setup texts, email with attachments or post to your Facebook wall whatever information you want conveyed.

- You can d-activate notification by login into your web account to stop sending messages while you are out of service and then re-activate notification on a new phone.

CheckOnMe Plus service provides you the ability to request help and release information that you keep close to your chest in case of an incident. Or just send text and email to recipients at scheduled times when you are not able of doing so.
