This article outlines two straightforward methods for installing Whales WA on PC Windows and Mac.

Using BlueStacks

  1. Download the APK/XAPK file from this page.
  2. Install BlueStacks by visiting http://bluestacks.com.
  3. Open the APK/XAPK file by double-clicking it. This action will launch BlueStacks and begin the application's installation. About this app

View, record and share live whale sightings in Western Australia.

* WHAT IS IT?

- Find out where the latest whale sightings are in WA and what time the whales were seen.
- View details including which species have been sighted, how many there are, the direction they are travelling and the behaviours they are exhibiting.
- If you are whale watching, add a new sighting so that others have the opportunity to see them too!

* HOW DOES IT WORK?

- Pan around the zoomable map to see the latest whale sightings shown as whale tail markers.
- Tap on any of the whale tail markers to view details of that sighting.
- Add a new sighting at the tap of a button and fill in the details form.
- Tap the share icon when viewing the details of a sighting to share the information over social media.

* WHY

- A central place for anyone who enjoys whale watching in WA to share sightings in realtime.
- If you are out and about, you can see if any whales have been sighted in your local area and details about where and when they were seen.
