Unreliable and complete rubbish . Can't even connect to the panel. Fixed the problem and happened again. Like fighting a no win battle. ===== After months since my last comments, Bosch still can't get it fixed (read the others comments too) . Stay away from this product. These guys are completely incompetent, only Bosch would employ them.

The App constantly drops the connection and shows error code for not being able to connect the panel correctly... Sometimes it works but mostly doesn't... Wasted my money on this system.. should have gone some other manufacturer

Absolutely terrible app. I have not once been alerted to any events, most of the time it won't let you log in and it has very little capability in terms of what you can actually do. What pisses me off the most is being encouraged to pay extra to upgrade to the "better unit" to have the extra features be totally useless. Absolutely regret ever going with Bosch, total rip off

A bit slow to use but it works fine. I also tried to download. Also i tried to download the app onto a 2 year old oppo phone which was new at the time and it says that the device isn't compatible

Stopped connecting to panel. Worked recently up until a few days ago. Now it wont connect at all. I paid good money for this system, so I expect something to be done.
