Very useful app and love the fingerprint feature! However the diet advice? Basing diet on carbs??? You need to be more specific surely with this advice. You need to AVOID most starchy carbs and sugar in all forms? You need to have an overall very low carb count in diet to reduce sugars surely for Type 2? Obvs depends if a person has other conditions too. I use Carbs and Cals counter pocket book. I need to research. Maybe I'm wrong.
