Less tutorial please add more and new images

It shows pics of things we want 2 learn how 2 do. A FEW showed me the bare min of directions. I am looking for a site that can not just show me a beautiful end product, but can demonstrate how I can achieve it on my own. A FEW basic directions (or pics of steps) is not helpful. Also some of the pics were not what I was thinking would be included in a site like this, there were too many ' for the 5yr old' for my taste.if u could incorporate some new ideas ,it'd b 10* (*****)realistically. Thanx

Just a bunch of pictures of beaded objects, some picture tutorials, but no written instructions at all and many do not show how to make them.
