Have had no problem using the app and then today it wants me to login. I can't remember my password and all it keeps saying is password and username are wrong. Really bad part is there isn't any way to do anything to recover it.

Com on!!! Arbiter, you guys are better than that. The old website was more efficient. Easier to log into, decline or accept games etc. This site is not user friendly at all. Poor design and has font issues. In my opinion as a paid subscriber, it's not worth the subscription at this time. Two Stars noted for minimal effort. You guys receive a pile of money! As one of your supporters we deserve better.

Will not allow me to log in using the same credentials I use for the full site. It used to work, but now has stopped. Changed my password twice. Can access full site, but not the app. Very frustrating.

Useless. App does not allow me to log in using the same credentials as desktop. Prior to the most recent update when I could get in, it was so slow that it was quicker to use the desktop site even if it was inconvenient. It has never been my favorite but now it is completely useless as I can't use it at all.I'm just glad I didn't pay for it directly and received it as a part of my enrollment as an NCAA baseball umpire. Update: 12/26/19 Still a hot garbage app. Never fully loads.

I had no issues with this app and thought it was great until the latest update to supposedly fix the app from crashing. It never once reached on me and now all of my assignments are gone and I have to constantly uninstall and reinstall the app in order to see my schedule. I'm about to cancel my subscription and just go off of the full website. This is ridiculous.

Not a great ap. I know its new but I get notifications constantly about the same game no matter how many times I select it and approve it and multiple for messages well after I read it. I'd just turn notifications off but the website isn't sending emails and texts in a timely manner so the notifications are the best way to get updated. The navigation of the ap isnt very intuitive and new games dont show up on the New screen and I have to click games every time I log on.
