Tried it again after so many years! But still same issue. It doesn"t update by itself with battery level. Shows same percentage number. For example battery is 20% it keeps showing 35% as 30 minutes ago

The app had one job and that was to display battery percentage, and it couldn't even do that. The widget displayed the percentage of the battery when you put it on your home screen, but never updated the percentage. You have to remove it and replace it every time you want to update your battery percentage.
