Not everything in the world requires an App! The only thing this app does is show a video when in a specific location. Could have well been a link to a YouTube/Vimeo page. Surly not an app I will keep on my phone.

Bad user experience. You are absolutely clueless and have no idea what to do untill you point the camera again ( from within the app) at the qr code used to download the app
