But I don't know how to apply it I have rooted HTC explorer with cynogenmode 9 in it . It has theme option but inside it there's only 1 pre installed theme. Pls help me to apply it Thanks In Advance

This theme looks great and works the same. No issues at all. Also I love the wallpaper and lock ring and the fact you chose the L navbar icons.
