Works perfectly. Even turns up the volume of the phone. If you left the volume all the way down you still can find your phone!

I have a samsung and I first went to MyTag. Then I saw that Sharper Image which is supposed to be a reputable company miss informed me by reading other reviews that even though I have a droid I should use Atag app and then it states 3 more different options to do. This is extremely frustrating and not worth the headache. Christmas Day and this is the one small gift I was looking forward to from my son which used his own money and purchased. This IOS app crashes pn my android phone. I got the sharper image tags for Christmas and the QR code in documentation brings me to this app. The "mytag" app I found, when following instructions, is for a different brand and wont work with my sharper image tags. I've called support 3 times over the week and none of them know anything about this problem, even that the problem exists. Each time they take my email and say they will follow up. I haven't heard from them yet.

The app won't load, thus the tags from sharper image are useless. Im returning them tomorrow. I can't believe people are allowed to sell this garbage. I'd give zero stars, but I can't.

App will not open so therefore I can not use it. I'm going to see if I can get my money back from Sharper Image for the lost item locators I bought from them. This app is suppose to support them.
