You can activate the Volume Controller which can control your media volume on your status bar on this app. It can be helpful not only on your BROKEN VOLUME KEY but also on your convenience and utility. It will be fixed on your status even though you touch the "Clear" button to erase other notifications excepting touching OFF buttons on this app in "normal" ways. In main on this app, you also control your media volume with seekbar.

If you get this app and setting this app "Hide sensitive content " OFF, you can control your media volume on Locked display with touch.
