First and only time I use this app. It's confusing and old school. Also the delivery took 3h10m as well, not cause of the restaurant, but because of the ones delivering. Better stick to modern apps instead of this.

UI is clunky and map location picker does not work correctly (keeps re-centering, can't confirm actual location). Even when I thought it was correct, driver went too far down the street because he said that is where the pin was. Feedback/status updates ambiguous/confusing, e.g. "accepted by driver" and "pickup completed by driver" as well as "assigned as driver"; just keep it simple. Lastly, need time stamps on events to persist, not disappear after a few hours to be replaced by "12 hours ago".

Twice ordered: first order we were told to go collect after 1 hour and 30 mins because they don't have drivers. Second time: over 1 hour and 30 mins...messages back and forth with dispatch. To our last message of where the driver is located, they didn't even bother to reply. Live tracking not working. Absolute incompetence. 0 Service. P.S. initial review "mysteriously" dissapeared.

Took an hour and a half to get us food from a restaurant that is 15 minutes away by foot, and by the time the food got here it was all cold and we had to reheat everything.
