Nice app. Just give option on sending in app mails to report certain things etc. That would be a 5* improvement. Also for service providers without having their number or name simplify it to make it better. Not very clear at the moment.

when a delivery arrives, and the guy calls.. I cant copy and paste the number. All numbers start with +27 etc while pasting requires the format of 082 xxx.. the field length is too short to handle +27 formats and truncates the pasted number. also, the error about the visit must be in the future is stupid. we dont get the telephone number of the delivery guy until they call at the gate..fix those 2 glaring bugs please.

I am 64..for me to enter my date of birth is a nightmare. It would mean scrolling back through 768 months to find my birth date. Badly designed app.

Its difficult to reset the password. Even though I'm logged in to the app, there's an endless error message that keeps coming uo and i can not get into the app

my app is all of a sudden not allowing me to submit any guests. it says the date is incorrect (past date). I have uninstalled... I have updated still the same error
