Waited 2 months for a wallet with an app that doesn't work. As other users have noted, this app is garbage. Won't work on my pixel 2xl with newest Android version, and won't work on my LG V20 with older android version. Won't work on wife's iPhone 6s. I emailed support at that point and demanded a refund and return instructions. They responded that the app has been fixed. App hasn't been updated since March, so on top of everything else they are a bunch of liars as well. Stay far, far, FAR away

Wont let me login or even re register for that matter. Even when I got the app to actually open and work one time, it did not find my wallet. My girlfriend got me a woolet as a gift after I had lost my wallet. I was excited at the concept and at the fact that it was handmade. However I cannot get the tracking app to work thus I cannot track my wallet which defeats the purpose of even purchasing a woolet to begin with. The woolet is not cheap either. Very dissapointed in this product. Scam.

App is not getting paired with the mobile.....dunno either its getting charge r not even placed over the wireless charging pad for 3hrs ... waste of money....

Dont buy this wallet, save your money. They sent me wallet that never worked and then when I sent it back for the return I never got a refund. The worst customer service I've experienced in awhile. Don't make my mistake. Waiting 3 months for the wallet to arrive is almost worse than waiting for a response about my refund.
