It would be great if you could create favourite lists which you can refer back to rather than sifting through past orders which actually seemed to ommited some of the items I ordered. Would be good to also be able to blacklist wines you have tried not liked. The app could be more of a curated experience for the user. Also, would be good to be able to search for a named product than have to do the questionnaire (which is not always right in getting you wine you like or finding wine you want).

I was skeptical but am a complete convert - wine has been great, delivery unbelievably quick (faster than Deliveroo/Ubereats), app works perfectly. What makes it stand out for me though is all the little details - the handwritten label on my bag, the wines individually beautifully wrapped in padding and pink tissue, with a bow tied around them. It made me happy to unpack it all. Please never change!

Never going to use again. Dont waste your time. It is less stressful going to a supermarket in lockdown than it is using this app. I have been trying to use the app for 2 weeks but it never let's me order. I complained half a dozen times and they said they fixed the issues. But still I have never been able to place an order.

Very user friendly interface. App has a great selection of good wines, with helpful tasting notes and pairing advice. Genuine buyer reviews and ratings on each wine. Ability to search for wines based off of your taste preferences. Next day delivery to the Midlands so not just useful in London. Small suggestion: I'd really like a "similar to this wine" option, not just more by that winemaker so if something is no longer in stock you can search for a similar alternatives.

No customer service at all. I ordered 6 bottles but I received only 4. I tried to contact them through intercom but nobody replied. It's impossible to get a normal telephone number or an email to have info. So no money back or a voucer or just the bottles of wine that I ordered. So if you don't like throw away money choose another competitors app. No this one. Just dodgy people. SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

Worse food delivery service I've tried. I ordered at 19.05 it was supposed to arrive at 19.43. At 19.55 the tracker changed to "expected delivery at 19.50" and it stayed like that for another 20 min. Now it's 20.11 and it still is expected delivery at 19.50. I reached out to their support chat and in 30min no one replied. Crazy bad service.
